Our Process
A 6-Stage Quality Framework
Applied consistently across all categories — from rice to surgical instruments.
Supplier Vetting
Before engagement, we assess each supplier on production capacity, export track record, quality management systems, compliance certifications, and buyer references. We do not work with manufacturers that cannot meet basic documentation and traceability standards.
Spec Agreement
We document your quality requirements upfront — grain specs, GSM ranges, broken %, AQL levels, inspection standards, packing requirements. The supplier signs off on these specifications before production begins.
Sample Approval
Representative samples are submitted and approved before bulk production starts. For food products, lab analysis. For textiles, lab-dip or pre-production sample. For manufactured goods, proto or PP sample.
Inline Checks
During production, we coordinate in-process checks at critical stages — for garments: fabric inspection, cutting check, sewing quality; for rice: moisture testing at processing; for instruments: dimensional check at forge and finish stages.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Independent third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) before loading. Inspection report shared with buyer for approval before shipment is released. We define the pass/fail criteria jointly.
Documentation Package
Full export documentation issued: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and all product-specific certificates. We consolidate and verify the complete document set before it is released to the buyer.
