Process Questions We Hear Often

How long does the sourcing process take end-to-end?
From requirement submission to first quote: typically 2–5 business days. From quote approval to production start: 1–2 weeks (sample review). Total timeline varies by category — rice can move in 3–6 weeks; custom garments can take 8–14 weeks to ex-factory.
What happens if there's a quality issue during production?
We have local representation in Pakistan to follow up directly with the factory. We coordinate inline checks, rework requests, and — if necessary — escalate to pre-shipment hold. You are kept informed at each stage.
Do you handle shipping and freight?
We coordinate export logistics and can recommend freight forwarders. Most transactions are quoted on FOB (Free On Board) basis — you arrange freight from Pakistani port. We can also arrange CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) pricing where required.
Is there a fee for using your sourcing service?
We earn a sourcing fee on completed orders — paid by the supplier, not charged separately to you. This means our pricing is transparent and our interests are aligned with getting you a good outcome.
